How do I schedule my two Open Plays?
You can pick them right after choosing your intro, or skip that step. Your confirmation email includes a personal link to schedule them any time.
Do I need any experience?
None at all. The Intro Clinic is built for people who have never held a padel racket. If you have played tennis, pickleball or squash, you will pick it up even faster.
Is equipment provided?
Yes. We lend you a racket and provide the balls. Just bring athletic clothes, court or tennis shoes (no running shoes with thick treads) and a water bottle.
What is the NPRP rating assessment?
NPRP is Arenna's player rating on a 1 to 7 scale. During your intro our coach watches how you move and hit and gives you your starting rating, so every clinic and Open Play you book afterwards matches your level.
Do I need a partner?
No. Come alone or bring friends. We group players by level and rotate partners so everyone plays.
Can I bring a friend?
Please do. Each person books their own spot so we can keep groups small. First-timers each get the intro price.
Is it indoors?
Yes. All six courts are indoors and climate controlled, so weather never cancels your session.
What if I need to reschedule?
Reply to your confirmation email or call us at least 24 hours before your session and we will move you to another time.
Where do I park?
Free parking right at the club, at 2525 W Barberry Pl in Sun Valley, just south of Empower Field.
